Software that looks clean in a demo can fail on a loading dock. Riders work with one hand. Dispatchers juggle exceptions. Networks drop. GPS drifts. If a product cannot tolerate that, it will not be used, no matter how many features it lists.
Design for the worst connection, not the best office
Field products need obvious states, large tap targets, and actions that can complete even when the map is slow. TraceIO is built around those constraints because location and route data depend on device GPS and network conditions we do not control.
