NxtraTechnology ("we", "us") operates nxtratechnology.com and products including TraceIO. We are based in Karachi, Pakistan. For privacy questions, email info@nxtratechnology.com.

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, message, and optional company and phone number so we can reply. Messages are delivered using Resend. We do not sell this information.

This site uses only essential cookies required to operate the site. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics in this version of the website.

TraceIO is a rider and route tracking / distribution management platform. Depending on how an organization configures the product, it may process:

• Account details (name, email, role, organization)
• Route, stop, and operational records you or your organization create
• Approximate or precise location while a rider is on duty, to show route status

Location is processed to run the service you (or your organization) asked for. Organizations must have a lawful basis to track individuals, for example managing deliveries with notice to riders. Do not use TraceIO to track people without that basis.

Data you upload remains yours. We process it to provide the product, keep it secure, and meet legal obligations.

We use infrastructure providers such as Resend (transactional email), and, for products, services such as Supabase, AWS, and app-store billing. They process data on our instructions. We are not responsible for independent practices of third-party sites we link to.

We keep contact-form messages as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business record, then delete or archive them. Product data is retained for the life of the account plus a limited period required for backups, disputes, or law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures; no method of transmission is perfectly secure.

Subject to applicable law (including in Pakistan), you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or object to certain processing. If you use TraceIO through an employer, start with that organization's admin. They control much of the operational data. You can also email info@nxtratechnology.com.

Our website and products are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy. The date above will change, and we will give more prominent notice for material updates.
